WATERFORD GOLF CLUBVENICE, FL This Ted McAnlis design was voted "Best Public Golf Course" in the Venice area. It features three distinct nines - Gleneagles, Turnberry and Sawgrass - all with sculpted mounding, dramatically rolling terrain, and various elevation changes. All three enhance the spectacular beauty of unspoiled Florida landscaping and are inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife. The course record still stands at 65, held by PGA Tour player Paul Azinger.
